ALL COMMUNITIES WELCOME!
This event is in collaboration with Coventry Mercia Lions and the Council of Sikh Gurdwaras Coventry.
We will be offering Health Screening Checks (this includes, glucose, cholesterol and blood pressure checks)
Healthcare professionals from Coventry and Warwickshire will be sharing information about food, nutrition, exercise and wellbeing.
Diabetes UK, Healthy Lifestyles Coventry, Diabetes Prevention Programme and DESMOND team will be on hand to share advice and how to access local support services.
You can also speak to the Social Prescribing Team, Oral Health Promotion team and the Dementia and Alzheimers team will be available to offer support.
Share your feedback about health and social care services as we develop the Coventry and Warwickshire Integrated Care Partnership Strategy. An opportunity to have your say will take place on the day to gain feedback about healthcare services in the future!
