What are the highlights?
Highlights from the report about things Healthwatch has helped with include:
- Safer Hospital Discharge- we made sure new checks are in place when you leave hospital so you get the support you need at home.
- Clearer Messaging on NHS Data - the NHS made it more clear how it uses the information in your health records.
- Carers given priority COVID-19 vaccinations - we made sure sure carers were prioritised for vaccines so they could care for their loved ones as safely as possible.
- Improving transport services for everyone- thanks to sharing your views with us, together we’ve helped improve non-emergency patient transport services. Find out more from Healthwatch England website
