Over 50 people came together at Coventry Transport museum for our annual meeting where we:
- Looked at our work and achievements over the past year
- Celebrated 10 years of Healthwatch work for better health and care services and the 75th anniversary of the NHS
- Had discussions about what makes positive patient and public involvement in services.
People fed back the things they value about Healthwatch Coventry including:
- Healthwatch can speak freely and is heard
- Is approachable
- Reliable
- Flexible
- Includes diversity of voice
- And has an independent role
