How we made sure local people were heard last year
In our new Annual Report we summarise our work to make sure health and social care services use the experiences of patients, the public and family carers to improve care in 2022-23.
We listen to people's experiences of using services or experiences of barriers to accessing services and use this to work for change. We heard the stories of 525 people - gathering experiences of NHS and social care services though interviews discussion groups and visits. We published eight reports and made recommendations for action.
We also provided trusted information to help people to use services and we provided information to 8475 people.
This year we developed our social media reach with a total website and social media engagement of 384,270.
Our 37 volunteers played a huge part in our work.
