Waiting list communication
By completing this important survey, you will help the Trust to ensure that their waiting lists are up to date so they can effectively prioritise your care and their resources.
Patients contacted via SMS will receive a unique four-digit pin and a link to a secure portal. After clicking the link, you will be prompted to enter your pin and date of birth to log in before being asked to complete a short survey.
Texts will begin to be sent out from Monday 16th December to patients in the following services: Trauma and Orthopaedics, Ophthalmology, Ear, Nose and Throat, Urology and Neurology. Messages for other departments will go out between Monday 30th December and Thursday 9th January.
Your responses to this survey, which should take no more than 10 minutes to complete, will help us to ensure our waiting lists are up to date and offer updates on their condition so we can offer the right level of support and care.
