Our annual report summarises our work in the 2016-17 year: Who we talked to, what we heard and what we did as a result

Each year Healthwatch Coventry looks at the evidence local NHS organisations produce about the quality of their services, and inputs into the ideas for future quality priorities based on what we hear about services.

17 people from 4 local Housing with Care schemes shared their experiences of moving home due to the closure of these schemes.

This piece of work looks at issues around preparation for hospital discharge and the patient journey through discharge.

We visited The Willows nursing home to ensure that people who may be vulnerable and less able to raise their voices have the opportunity to speak to Healthwatch, and to look at how residents' physical health needs are supported.
