New leaflet about local GP services
GP booklet explains the role of the different people in the GP practice team
A little while ago the Healthwatch Coventry clear information volunteers looked at a draft leaflet about the GP practice team. We provided lots of input to the local NHS about how to make this booklet clearer.
Now the NHS in Coventry and Warwickshire is highlighting how GP practices work, what types of appointments are on offer and what kind of healthcare professionals work there.
Leaflets, pull-up banners and posters have been sent to each practice to be displayed in patient areas, so you may start seeing some of these materials in your local GP practice.
